bafang brake sensor pinout

i have read bafang wires are set out diffrent from kt on the brake sensors i have bafang leavers with built in sensors an juliet extention leade and a box of conectors suitable for the kt controler as i understant it if i conect it all together red may not be positive , black not negertive and white not signal i can check for continuity on the 3 wires an find 2 that would be + - and the other would be signal .
would it matter what way round its fed would it burn out or just not work can i play with it with a hall sensor tester conected to it with out fear of damaging it

It shouldn't do, I seem to remember the gnd and signal wires were reversed when I had to change the connection for a kt controller set up on the speed sensor.
It's not worth using them as they won't work.

The julet Kt yellow connectors are all wired in the same sequence , so pas , brake or speed sensor.
The bafang use a similar connector called a Higo, they are compatible fit wise only unless one rewires them buy cutting and shrinking the wires.
