Hi all,
Tbh honest it is quite awesome so find this forum helping so many.
Am in a bit of situation myself and would be curious to see if anyone on here may be able to help.
I am the (mostly) happy owner of a KeeWee e-cargo bike which has a Bafang M420 mid-motor. This was purchased in the Netherlands about one year ago. Roughly a month ago the bike showed no sign of life after stopping for a traffic light. Have been with it to two electric bike shops in my hometown Oxford but to no result. They believe it is the engine and that I need to get in touch with the seller to discuss warranty. The seller says that with the Besst Tool they can read out (sorry for incorrect term use) what's wrong and how to proceed. Or it may be that the engine just needs to be calibrated and I can go on my way again. Shipping the bike to the Netherlands is going to cost me big time and Bafang acquainted shops are hard to find. Anyone know someone with a Besst tool, ideally in the proximity of Oxford?
TL;DR: looking for someone with a Besst tool / dongel close to Oxford to see what's wrong with my bike.
Thanks!
Thom
