Bafang BBSHD Error 10

So i have a new BBSHD with 52v battery, and it is often showing a H10 error (Controller overheat), this can happen at the start of a ride before ive turned a pedal, or just randomly during the ride, nothing is ever hot to the touch and it can either start working again after 30 seconds or 12 hours.

Anyone got any ideas ? Thanks

Must be something effecting new BBSHD's, not come across it before. These guys appear to have a cure.
