Hi Ive got a bafang bbs01b 250w 36v and tried to use the speeed app but pressed write first instead of read and it's programmed the apps settings into the motor can someone show me there settings for the above motor to try an put it right as its currently terrible

Well, here are mine - apart from "Current Limit" being 15A not 20A, which was a test to see if the controller would accept it. I'd stick with 15A max, unless you know for certain that your battery can cope with anything higher.
