I just received my new Badass Chiptuning Box today and have fitted it to my Kalkhoff Agattu 2013 bike. Because of the rubber stopper on the speed sensor, the Chiptuning Box is pushed very close to the spokes and the magnet touches (or barley misses) the box as the back wheel turns. Is that how it should be? Or is there a way around this?

the magnet does not need face the dongle so put it up right.

its also a tad far back as the magnet needs to go past the end of the dongle.

if you still get stuck email bad ass and will send you an adaptor so that it will fit as others had same problem.

tho you could un screw the sensor and cable tie it to the frame with the dongle on it will work if it level. ;)

I have no interest in doing it myself but has anyone actually tried the old Bosch trick before the changed things of putting the sensor near the magnet on the crank with an Impulse? Some people say it works but I have no idea.

I don’t really want to go faster assisted than I can already. It’s all uphill or downhill here and I can pedal past the 17mph cut off on the few flat bits fine once the big mother is up and rolling.

You must know someone with one so in the spirit of knowledge…..
