Badass box 3.4 help required

Hi all ,ive recently purchased a haibike xduro full seven with the 2016 bosch cx performance motor ,i ordered a badass tuning box it arrived very quickly ,with eager anticipation fitted it to my bike expecting it to work ..how wrong was I ....after an hour and half of playing with magnet positions I still couldnt get a reading on the speedo ,lui kindly sent out another and guess what the new one is still the same grrr ,I cant believe its a fault with both items so it may be im doing something wrong or could my bike not be compatible even though it says it is,ive watched all the videos on magnet position and checked the battery with a volt meter any advice would be greatly appreciated many thanks mark

show us some pics as you should get an error on the screen after you start peddling.

i have taken the back wheel off and not pushed it back on all the way and you just get the magnet in wrong place error 503 i think off hand.
