Are 250/500/750 W Bafang motors the same

Are the actual stator and rotor and windings the same in all motors if so what makes the difference

they are not the same. Motors designed for higher wattage are larger and heavier. It's like your thermostatic taps, if you want a higher debit, you need a larger and heavier body.

The windings are different. The more powerful ones have thicker wire and the 48v ones have more turns on each pole to make them run slower.
