Yes (Hampshire). Good excuse to let the rubbish pile up beside the garage (pretty much out of sight for us and for anyone passing).
The ones in Ceredigion have been closed or difficult to get into for a long time.
As I cycle around I'm noticing an increase in stuff being dumped at the roadside and over hedge banks, seems to be all domestic stuff.
I bought something called a Hippo Bag on line. Various sizes, comes flat pack through the post. When full you activate a pickup code and they come and collect - normally within about a week, even out here in the wilds of Wales. Great service even if more costly than a trip to the dump. Better than messing up the place!
