This Folding eBike is being advertise locally in Bristol, and there's no makers identifier on it, so I just wondered if the combined expertise in this group might know something about it.
I can see a power-cable going to the rear wheel but none to the front, and although both look like hub-motors, he says it's only front-wheel powered.
Also the rear suspension linkage has been assembled wrongly . . any ideas? . . . Thanks.

he's probably got the wrong wheel size set in the display. The small wheels means that the motor would have to spin very fast. 23 mph would be 400 rpm. I haven't heard of any 36v 400 rpm geared motors. The Q100 or Q128 at 328 rpm are about the fastest.

He could mean 23 mph down-hill without motor assistance.

It looks OK for £250 provided the battery is OK.

I looked on the website - https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/36V-250W-Cheap-Folding-Electric-Bike_60646736717.html - and they do a "350/500w for US& Canada, standard speed 32km/h" - so maybe he's got one of those,

It's been stood in his garage for 3 years, so I'll give it a miss, and that wrongly-assembled rear suspension doesn't give a lot of confidence in the seller !!
