Any Bosch compatible batteries?

Hi All,

I'm to a point now where I could really do with a 2nd battery but I really just don't have the £500 odd to fork out on the official Bosch battery.

Doesn't anyone know of any (if there are in fact any) compatible batteries available for the Bosch Active line? I can only seem to find the old "classic" system batteries.

Some suggestion the notoriously locked down Bosch system prevents the manufacture of pattern batteries for the current motor.

I recall someone on here had two Bosch bikes and one battery wouldn't work on the other bike.

Having said that, Bosch spare batteries do seem to work.

I've not seen any pattern batteries for the current Bosch system, but as you say there are some for the old Classic system.

A few members on here have bought those and they seem to work.
