Hello all
I’ve had good service from my Ansmann MTB with Variante 3 rear hub system. Bought about 6 years ago at a knock-down price when Ansmann stopped building complete bikes, and switched to conversion kits only.
After changing my rear wheel tyre, the system is pairing up successfully between controller, battery and speed sensor, but no power is getting to the motor. I speak and write German and have requested help from Ansmann. They replied instantly with pairing advice, but said they were no longer offering support for this system.
Does anyone here have any advice for me, or can recommend a mechanic to investigate my problem? I took care while removing the wheel, power connection appears to be intact, but I don’t feel competent to open up the motor to check. I’m in Yorkshire but distance is no object.
