Lost key - check, no battery - check, no charger - check. Ticks all the "probably stolen" boxes. Especially with the "I have no knowledge of wattage etc..." statement.

According to seller picked up at a car boot and not on police database as stolen, bot bracket has BAR027 stamp.

Might also be someone known to' handle' electric bikes... collection only.
Or its a project bike which the owner has sold to move on to better things.

What do you do with an ebike which is too much trouble to fix?

His email said he got it as a project but never got round to it !!!
I personally think it is only worth about 25 to 40 quid as it is a cheap bike with a f/w kit which may or may not work and thats more than you would pay at a car boot.

Strip it for parts and keep them for a rainy day !

Or just keep it and be patient. I kept my 50 quid. Mistral for 6 months. Bits and pieces turned up here and there and then I sold it on for a good profit

Profit to feed to my ebike addiction !
