I would like to thank John and all the staff of SYEB who helped me eventually choose my Oxygen e-mate earlier this year. I tried almost every bike on the market, and it was great to have so many brands and demo models to choose from on one site. Originally I was temped with the Smart e-bike but again being able to test it at SYEB I soon crossed it off the list. Service so far has been exemplary, even replacing a broken light (my fault) and fitting a riser and new front brake cable F.O.C
