:)Hi folks. Been following threads for a while, and about time to say hello!
Based in Kidsgrove, Stoke and just retired. Bought my Wisper 905 se over 2 years ago and it's been brilliant. My wife has a PowerBike. I Use mine everyday to take our dog on a 6 mile ride/ jog (I ride..). So far we've taken our bikes to Tenerife and to France (twice - once by air and once by car)
Only real problem was my fault in not keeping the battery charged over it's first winter - wisper were very helpful.

However, the bike is misbehaving a bit lately, - on start up, it defaults to the Low Power mode, and will only work on high power if I hold the High button down constantly. Any thoughts??
Happy New Year to all
Jeff

Happy New Year to you Jeff and welcome :)

Im sure someone used to wisper's ways will be along soon with some advice.

So, how easy (or not) was it taking your bikes by air then ?

Lynda :)

Hi Lynda
Easy going to France, but a pain from Manchester to Tenerife - they acted as if they had never handled a bike before, took ages and nearly made us miss the flight!!

Thanks Flecc,

Jeff, it sounds as if you have a problem with the control unit on the handle bars, maybe some damp has crept in.

As Flecc says it would be best to contact Wisper support directly or speak to your supplier. We will certainly have the part in stock if it needs replacing.

Happy Wispering!

All the best

David

Travelling by air, how much did it cost to take the bike and was there any problems about the battery?
