Uber must pay you a lot of money!
all those bikes are rather expensive to buy and maintain.

it depends on the miles you are doing and if you use a dongle it will half the range esp in full assist mode.

you need a simple steel frame road bike like this Viking and a simple hub kit with a large battery to do this sort of miles every day.
fast rolling, ultra low maintenance and long range are what you need.

i have a haibike with a 500w batt in turbo with a dongle the range is about 25 miles.

with no dongle and in the lowest assist mode you might get 50 miles on the flat but that bike is 6kg more heavy than mine and the motor is double the power.

Range
25 - 100 miles of Power Assisted Range, Depending on Terrain

the 100 miles was tested on the moon.

try hire one for a week but you will be disappointed 28kg is a lump in min power mode you will feel it.
