Someone shurely made a bargain there.
The seller writes that the bike was bought for his weak mother who really needed a throttle bike.
It's a shame that so many e-bikes are bought by people to weak to use them.
There's another Raleigh (just the colour is different, thats why I posted it was an Agattu) on german Ebay, but the story stinks: found it in original packing during a basement clearout, no paperwork available:
