Agattu Stuck In Gear! Help!

I intended to go for a ride on my Agattu this morning and discovered that it is stuck in either 5th or 6th gear and I can't change up or down?
Yesterday it seemed to be and I think 5th or 6th gear might have been the last one I used. When trying to change down the gear cable goes completely slack and the cassette joint does not rotate clockwise as far as it should to take up the slack. I can see this by comparing it to my other Agattu.
Any suggestions, or is back to 50cycles? I have emailed them for advice.

I am not very familiar with the Agattu Nexus 7, but done things with the Nexus 8 and its cassette on the ProConnect.

A lot of the return spring is in the cassette bit and I have read that dirt and grit can jam the cassette on occasion.

So it might be worth taking the wheel off and unclipping the cassette from the hub to give it a clean.

Is this the right link to the cassette for the Agattu ?

If it turns out that the problem is inside the hub, then you would probably want to ask 50C to look at it.

Thanks James,
I checked the cassette before starting the thread, it is OK. Therfore it has to be a problem inside the hub and I am not touching that as it is still under warranty. I will see what 50cycles have to say.

SUPER FAST SERVICE BY 50cycles

I spoke to Mark at 50cycles about my gearchange problem yesterday morning, he agreed that the problem must be in the hub. He sent me a new replacement wheel complete with gear hub which arrived today by TNT. I swaped it over tonight and went for a test ride, all gears are now working perfectly:)

Thanks Mark and 50cycles for the excellent service;)
