My wife is shortly getting one of these.

We're looking at adding electric assist using one of these kits -

It all looks like the standard Suzhou Bafang gear, which I know many here are familiar with, but not myself right now!
The plan is -
1) Convert the bike to twistgrip so we can use a thumb throttle. We could use twist throttle and current shifter - throughts?
2) Use the rack mount battery and hide controller in there too. We can fit a seatpost clamp with rack eyelets pretty easily.
3) Not bother with pedal sensor and maybe not even swap the brake levers. Thoughts?
