Hi people! I've just taken delivery of a Focus Whistler2 3.9 2019 Electric Hardtail MTB (with Groove Go system) , and am immediately mystified by the battery (the shop is now closed of course, and I am impatient). There appears to be no keyhole or indeed key, as I am led to expect by the manual. Does anyone have any advice? I'm sure this a stupid question but I need help! Lucy
