Hi All,

Just took the plunge last week and purchased a carrera subway e from Halfords alongwith the rear pannier with single screw hole.

Having significant difficulty locating a suitable kickstand due to fixing type (clamp type seems like it would interfere with cabling). Halfords couldn’t recommend one - Can anyone recommend a good kickstand suitable for this bike that won’t cause issues? I’ve noticed there seems to be 2 holes on the fixing to the outside of the rear disc brake. Wondering if this is for a certain kickstand fixing?

Also, for the rear pannier, it has a single centralised hole on the back. Do I need a special bracket to fit rear light as I can’t find any rear light which seems to work with this?

Advice would be appreciated.

thanks

So I actually made some headway on this. Turns out the bike had an integrated 40mm direct mount on the frame. One I figured this out, problem solved. For someone not used to more expensive bikes, took a while to figure out that’s what the holes were for!
