Advice needed

Hi

I need a good sander for doing the skirting boards in the house, could anybody suggest a good one, preferably with dust bag on it, if not is it ok to paint over the dust.

The trouble with sanders is that they all create dust... even the ones with bags never collect 100% of the stuff (some collect more than others .. but never 100%), so after sanding you will have to vacuum the boards, surrounding area, rest of the house anyway

Wipe
Paint

It is of course ok to paint over the dust if your looking for that painted over the dust effect
