Does anyone know where I might find a manual for an AVE Tourer Ebike 26" wheel with a front hub drive? I have been given one which looks in really good condition but cannot get the display to turn on. The Tranz X BL03 battery has charged for approx 5 hrs so hopefully has some charge but cannot get display to work.
Want to check general things before buying any new bits. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

#1 check everything is FULLY plugged in 'waterproof' plugs/sockets often include a 'closed tight mark/line, sometimes they have orientation arrows, these need to 'kiss', to be fully home.

a simple test of output voltage of the battery post charge should be a good indicator of its health, for a 36v battery 42v is optimum. If you dont have a multi meter to test voltages, continuity etc its a small investment $5-10 for a basic model and Very useful for an ebike.

Can you supply pics of the bike, focusing on the display motor and controller and any labels there on.

What voltage is the battery holding post charge?

One needs to confirm whether there is any battery voltage output to the controller.
The display needs power to power it on , so one has to look elsewhere first.
