adult trike

i have an adult trike as i am disabled but have use of limbs balance is my biggest problem. i would like to fit an electric motor to my bike .a. would a front wheel be the best.b.would acrank assist motor fit. any advice would be appreciated/thank you

To get the right advice, you need to show photos of what you have - Whole bike; front wheel and forks; complete drive-train; bottom bracket area from left side 45 deg up, and from underneath.

I usually fit BBS01 to trikes and set the speed limiter to 12mph.
The hub kits are not ideal when you ride at very low speed.
