Hi all, I need to replace my controller on my Halfords CrosscityE
It currently doesn't have built in lights. If I buy a new controller with a light out cable, can I fit them?

Many controllers will only be able to provide modest power (6 watts ish) to lights. If you use more powerful lights than that then you're into the realms of using the controller light output to switch a relay or some such.

Some consider it easier to use some of the many powerful and rechargeable battery options.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice. Since I already have decent rechargeable lights, I'll stick with those
