Good morning all,
When connecting the SMMI onto the bike all is good showing 100% battery power but, within 30 secs a triangle with an ! in the centre replaces the battery power and no power is transmitted. Anyone know how to get rid of this triangle ?

You don't say how old. One possibility is that the battery is effectively dead. It would still charge up to full voltage, but completely fade away as soon as you started to draw any power.

I think it's a connector to a A2B Orsted Neal, an sMMI. I think there's a pdf online somewhere.

Yes, the Obree is a later version of the Orsted model and the SMMI is the unit one's smartphone connects to.

Here's a link to some details

Pages 22, 23 and 48 refer, but they don't show the triangle.

P.S. Found that symbol, it's at the foot of page 15. This is what it says about it:

Warning – general fault. A fault has occurred in the system, motorised support is no longer available. Please contact your specialist dealer.
