A2 B on AliExpress

Featured Replies

Odd. My 'too good to be true' dar just kicked in. Did A2B go bust? could these be liquidated assets bought at auction? Only explanation that makes sense. At that price, they're not being delivered from China; they're 33kg for God's sake!
Actually, I see that Ultramotor did in fact, go into administration last November. So...

Well spotted!

A2B and F4W were bought out by Hero Eco in January. So we are still trading from the same location, with the same staff and same products :)

We'll look into the above, the photos used are of the Generation 1 Metro and what is delivered will more than likely be a copy as there are so many customer components and we own them and the moulds...So wouldn't advise purchase

Thanks

Hi There range off bikes look good

The bike you listed is 500 watts 20 mph USA specification

Don't fancy having to pedal.

Avon used to make a blow up doll. The model name was 'Jeminy'. It was ok but because it was made of black rubber, after a while you used to get a little dingy

If that is the case, I would not want to condone the purchase of copies, then I would wait to see if Mark can throw light onto how these bikes have come into the market place.

Is it possible to have this thread removed?

Why have the thread removed?

I think it's serves a useful "buyer beware" purpose.

Concur. Don't se the point of removing it.

Amigafan2003 and Morgann,

I am in favour of fair competition in the marketplace but this thread could be construed as promoting what appears to be counterfeit goods, as the sellers in the original link make no attempt to describe them as not genuine.

Expanding the pros and cons of leaving the post as it is will only promote interest for the sellers, which I would not like to see, that is why I would prefer this thread to be removed.

As the OP I do not want to be associated with it and do not want the forum to be called into question.

If this thread was removed and someone who might otherwise have seen it (remember, google will show this up) goes and purchases what they think is the real McCoy, only to find it's a ripoff copy, I don't think they'd be best pleased. This thread being in place is a forewarning of trouble avoided and in no way promotes the copiers. Let's face it, if someone's determined to buy an ersatz A2B, they will anyway.
