Just finished my new bike build but I have a boxed 36v TSDZ2 motor and battery left over so what to do
A quick trawl through eBay and i found this https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/254278054856?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=710-134428-41853-0&mkcid=2&itemid=254278054856&targetid=520071026813&device=c&adtype=pla&googleloc=1007165&poi=&campaignid=1782815886&adgroupid=70885938122&rlsatarget=pla-520071026813&abcId=1139366&merchantid=119175021&gclid=EAIaIQobChMItpLv1MSt4wIVg7DtCh1fzgb_EAQYAiABEgJMHvD_BwE
Brand new boxed just has a few minor scuff marks but built to a surprisingly high spec
Turns out originally intended for a cycle hire start up so it bomb proof Nexus inter 3 speed gears drum brakes dynamo lights puncture proof tyres etc
The 250watt motors in the 13ah battery is fitted used the xh 18 small display but it needs a tidy so no pictures yet
Rides like a step thru city bike should but with extra powerIMG_20190710_132825421.jpg

At least it's not going to get nicked.
Love the design, love that colour! Years ago, my girlfriend had a Renault Clio painted like that.
Shame that the propstand has to go, the TSDZ2 won't work with that.
Also, the two M5 bolts may foul against the underside of the frame.

The stand is ok its still on the m5 fouled the frame but got round that easy motor fitted and the anti rotation only required a minor mod

The brakes are going to be the weak point. They're not too bad at first, but they soon deteriorate and are then difficult to fix. Also, that's on a non electric bike. I've got a feeling that they're going to get overwhelmed by the additional speed and weight of an electric bike.

Just the hub gears and roller brake would be £99, so you got a bargain. No more projects for me until I've cleared everything out!

Roller brakes are ok. If the performance drops off, just squirt some magic shimano roller brake grease in there and all should be well. Great bike for £99!!
