Hi I have just bought a new Manhattan ebike.
On the 6th of June I start a 6 day ride from Newcastle to Edinburgh. I have ridden for 20 miles and lost 30% of the battery, so 30 to 35 miles per day should be fine. I will post any interesting events.
Regards Terry.

If you stick to National cycle route 1 and ride at a leisurely 10 mph you should get 35 miles out of a battery so thats 4 days to cover the 135 miles.
Plenty of spare time to enjoy the scenery and a few beers as well.

Yes thats the one. My first venture into ebikes. A great looking bike with the battery in the downtube. Rides eell so far. Bad decision to upgrade using the smart phone, I don't have a iphone 5 which it is best with, but with my android it looks to out of sinc regarding mph and distance. So far I have set it on assistance 1 and over 20 miles I have lost 3.5 bars of the 10. The trip is 200 miles over 6 days. I have no trouble doing 35 miles a day on a standard bike but feared the thought of waking up on the 3rd day thinking NO not again, so thought it might more pleasurable on an ebike. We shall see!
