Here's another good laugh - after sales service from 50cycles

At the beginning of January, our bike developed more faults. We contacted 50cycles for advice and we were told that parts will be sent by return for our local bike shop to fit for us. That was 4 weeks ago. Despite regular tel calls and emails we still don't have the parts.
I wonder if anyone on this forum who has a close working relationship with the business would be willing to have a word in someones ear to get them moving. We would like to be able to use the bike again.
