What a plonker !

Cycling up to a set of traffic lights on a major 3-lane 1-way system yesterday, a cyclist appeared ... riding in the opposite direction to the traffic flow in the middle lane towards a wave of oncoming cars. She didn't seem in the least bit concerned either. Hate to say it but whilst you often see guys running red lights (equally silly), this sort of 'dizzy behaviour' does seem a bit more prevalent around the lowered crossbars (*ducks*).

There is definitely a need for basic road awareness before these people are let out onto the streets - defies belief really.
