I salvaged 5x good cells from one of my 6S1P packs which contained 1x faulty cell.
I bought several of these packs new, this one had been barely used when I discovered the faulty cell.
I use a balance charger to ensure each cell is correctly topped up, and I only use slow charge (2A max).
So the cells have not been stressed.
I have kept the 5x spare cells as backup, in dry storage at room temperature.
I do not need them anymore, as my other packs are working fine (2 packs in series provide 36V 2.5Ah for my DIY e-Brompton).
If you are reading this, you probably know already: these are fantastic battery cells, with great charge and discharge rates, long life, safe chemistry, etc.
The packs are spot-welded so the 5x salvaged cells have remains of positive/negative tabs that will need “cleaning up”.
I am selling each cell for £7, or the 5x set of cells for £30 (£6 each).

PS: the attached photo is just a stock image, my cells are wrapped for safe storage.
