5oCycles

I've been thinking of buying a bike 50Cycles. I've e-mailed them several times and received no response and, when I phoned today, the phone was engaged from 09:00am until 5pm. I simply could not get through. I seem to remember comments on this forum about 50Cycles not being very responsive or answering phone calls. I wouldn't want to buy a bike from them and then find that it's impossible to get through if warranty work or problems arise.

Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone have any further info re their mode of business?

Sometimes they have an answering service if they are busy but they may have got rid of that as they have more full time staff now to answer the 'phone. Have you tried emailing them as I have never had any trouble getting through to them that way? I have always found them both helpful and efficient and would have no trouble in recommending them based on my experiences.

I had a phone call from 50 cycles today , but from the conversation , I suspect that the office is not fully operational until Monday 7th Jan.
