A bit of a disaster earlier this week. I was locking up the Agattu on a bike rack and as I fiddled with the d lock, I dropped it with a loud clatter onto the chain guard. A large piece of plastic broke off and the guard was left with a crack running down its length. I called 50 cycles and spoke to Lloyd who promptly posted me out another one free of charge. I must say, I am extremely impressed by their after sales service and their commitment to customer satisfaction. Even though it was entirely my own clumsiness to blame, I wasn't charged for the replacement.
Those of you still waiting for your bikes, please try and be patient because this is clearly a company that is working extremely hard indeed (Lloyd especially at the moment!) to keep customers happy.
