500c PAS levels all the same

Hello, I have a BBS01 36v with a 500c display. Im connecting to the controller via the android speeed app and have raised the keep current level to 100% and that has made a nice improvement the the performance. However Im sure Ive messed up a setting somewhere as now the assist levels have no effect and I'm just getting full power regardless of the level I use. I have speed set at 100% over the 9 levels but limited to 25kph and power rising in increments to 100% over the PAS levels. Is there a setting that could cause this?

All fixed. Feeling a bit silly now as it was PAS control by display unit setting. I thought I had taken care of that but apparently not. Now the bike is doing everything I wanted of it. 25kph fixed (not changable through display) and power adjustable using the PAS levels. Life is good!
