50 cycles reallity check

50 cycles seem to lurch from one disaster to another,considering they are supplying £1000+ bikes, they have gone from selling bikes with dodgy lithium batteries,to promising deliveries which cannot be met and never ending excuses.given they have had the opportunnity to sell some of the best electric bikes ever made,they continue to make purchasers look elsewhere with £500 bikes often meeting the reliabillity of their £1200 priced bikes.

Steady now, surely you're not questioning the reliability of the Kalkhoffs?

Yes the Kalkhoffs are delayed, but 50cyles aren't the manufacturer who announced the delay, so why are you bashing them?

Are you waiting for one of their bikes?

Does this mean that you have cancelled your order burncycle?

Having read all the threads regarding 50 Cycles and the problems they are having with customers, it appears to me that it is not the fact that there are delays in production that seems to be annoying people, but primarily the way in which they speak to customers and treat them with such disregard.

My advice to 50 Cycles would be, develop your customer service skills and product knowledge and keep the customer informed in a gracious manner.
