This has probably been posted elsewhere but can't find anything.

48v 20ah battery on my bike - 54.6v fully charged, but what voltage should it read when it's flat?

At 48.8v it's still showing 3 out of 4 bars on the LCD screen after 10 miles doing 30mph

54.6V is 13s, so your 48.8v leaves the cells at 3.75v.
3.4v / 44.2v and 3.5 / 45.5v. I would think for 13s 44.2/44.4v is more then low enough.
Depends what the lvc on the battery or controller is set up to, probably lvc is some where between 44 - 46v around 44.2 would be a safe low.

You need to tell us what sort of battery you have. It's different for LiFePO4, Lipo and Li-ion.
