40v bulbs for my bike/moped

hi there,i have an electric bike/moped which by her looks is an sakura,not sure as she has no makers marks.i'm having terrible trouble getting my hands on 40vbulbs,one of her indicators and her brake light has gone.they are little dumpy bulbs with one connector in the centre of the bottom.i have been sent ones with 2 connectors and pust in tiny bulbs but they either don't work or don't fit.please can anyone help.many thanks joma

Hi Joma, sorry about the delay in getting you an answer. I don't know of a UK outlet, but if you scroll down on the web page I'm giving below, you'll see the 40 volts brake and indicator bulbs that are probably what you want, since they are for bikes and scooters:
