Due to change of job/distance to work I am selling my 2 year old Mistral which was used for relatively short road work and a bit of riding on Bridalways.

The bike is in good condition so no problems there.

However I have been asked by a potential buyer where he can get a replacement 36V 10AH (Phylion) Lithium Ion battery from if he needs to.

I've just spent around 1 1/2 hours searching for contact details and still can't find one for a battery that I can tell him will slot into the existing frame.

Any help pointing me in the direction of a supplier for a suitable battery (and if possible, general parts for the Mistral) will be very much appreciated,
Bernard

Many thanks

NRG & Flecc,

I bought the Mistral from The Electric Transport Shop in Oxford 2 years ago. They have confirmed they can still supply all parts including battery.

I notice that AlienOcean indicate on their web site that they prefer not to sell batteries to people who didn't buy the corresponding bike from them but I wait to hear from them on this.

What I was also trying to establish is whether these batteries are now more widely available as, like me, the prospective buyer isn't an avid electric bike enthusiast but just wants to be reassured that it's easy to get the parts/battery quickly when needed.

Your help is appreciated,
Bernard

Update

AlienOcean have confirmed that they will, should one be required, supply a battery for the Mistral.

So this means parts, including battery, are available from authorised suppliers in addition to other sources such as eBay, which is quiet a relief.

My thanks for helping to clarify this,
Bernard
