I have 2 e bikes , one a synergie folder with a little frog type battery system the other is a mountain bike from an unknown manufacturer and known as a Rapid 300 .

The problem is both bikes have now got dead batteries.
I have replaced the little frog one before but buying from UK suppliers costs a fortune. I live in N Ireland and the postage can be crippling on top of the battery price.

The mountain bike has a case which seems like other rear frame mounts except it has a kettle type plug connector on the top side to the controller and a different lock system. I have not found any supplier for these.

SO as a complete newbie to the world of Li batteries I would appreciate any info on the best (cheapest ?) way to replace / rebuild these batteries.
For example I have been reading about ping batteries could these be used in these battery cases ? or replace the mounting and use a different battery ?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

PS . Sorry to hear that Alien Ocean has ceased trading Roy and Jim where always very helpful .

A Ping batteries are not suitable unless you want to build an enclosure for it.

You can get Frog batteries from BMSBattery and Greenbikekit - both in China,or you can get both batteries from Aliexpress. You have to search for the right type. Look for ones with Panasonic cells.
