16" wheel building questions

I think I'm ready to place an order for a motor for my Mezzo but it doesn't look like I'll be able to get the motor built into the wheel by GBK or BMS (still waiting for replies from both)..as my wheel rims are 349mm.

Someone mentioned somebody on here who can build wheels?

I have a couple of questions..

If I have the wheel custom built, how much would that cost? I assume I would just send my existing rear wheel and the motor, and the spokes would be supplied, or would I need to source those before hand?

Last question..would it be possible to retain my original 9 gear cassette, or would I be forced to downgrade to 6-7 gears?

The motor I'm fitting is the Q100.. I have considered a front-wheel conversion with a lighter Q85...but I don't think it's a good idea, because the fork is aluminium.
