16" rim

Silly me I thought a Google search would help me find a cheap 16" rim for my trailer.

Finds lots of wheels but I don't need a wheel just a rim. Finds a few overpriced aluminium rims for Brompton's and the like but I just need cheap and straight...

Any ideas?

I've got a couple of new ones of reasonable quality that you can have for what I paid ( not much). There's two sizes of 16" wheels: Brompton size are the bigger ones (349) and Chinese are a slightly smaller size (305?). Mine are Chinese.

Look at the writing on the tyre to find the size you need.

OK thanks d8veh I'll keep that in mind, I still have a couple of LBS to visit (looking for unloved child's bike). I am pretty sure mine is the Chinese size 305 x 19 seeing the provenance and price of the trailer.

Tailor wheels sell a whole wheel for £15.20 + postage and rims in every other size than 16"...
