£425 ono Kudos Safari ridden twice - wife not a cyclist

I bought a new Kudos Safari for the wife a year ago for £695, she's ridden it twice and she's told me she'll never ride another bike again.
Battery has been charged every month, bike kept in garage. Picture of assembled bike after delivery.
