    Dual Battery Connection Adapter

Thanks for all the advice. Sounds like switching batteries over is the sensible choice. I might try the £2 option suggested by MatthewSlack just to have a play. Looking at the diagram am right in assuming the 2 outside pins are the inputs from the batteries and the middle pin the output to...

    Dual Battery Connection Adapter

Hello - I'm thinking of getting a dual battery connection adapter to run dual 36v batteries for extra range. The batteries are both 36v, one newer 25ah & the other older 15ah. Are the cheap adapters to connect them in parallel safe as a way of doing this easily? I plan to disconnect them and...

    TSDZ2 grinding noise

Hello - thanks for responding. I’m pretty certain it’s coming from the motor. Gearing is a nexus hub gear and noise occurs in a variety of gears. Creaking cranks has been an issue for me on another bike with TSDZ2 and this is a different noise. How would I go about checking spray clutch? I...

    TSDZ2 or BBS02B

Hello - I am looking at a BBS01 ETM or a TSDZ2 for my latest cargo bike. I am drawn to the TSDZ2 from Woosch but want a larger capacity 17-20AH 48v battery than they currently offer. Any recommendations for a suitable battery preferably bottle cage mount style case? Thanks

    GNG Mid-drive 350w Motor with 36v 22A controller

Used GNG 350w middrive motor with 36v 22A controller. Was working fine when removed from bike 2 years ago, not tested since. Cosmetically has a bit of rust on some bolts. Has a thumb throttle. Controller wiring looks messy but is all intact. Fits standard bottom bracket. Not going to be...

Replacing Cargo trike Battery - time for new motor or controller as well?

The S12S controller is rated 25A vs the KU123 at 30A. Is there an alternative S model that would work at 30A so we can retain the max torque? Looks like its an S12P or jumping to 35A with an S12SH. Thanks
