I have to assume you're used to dealing with thick people? If there was a wire on the other side I'd follow it..........perhaps if you re read my question above, specifically the bit where I say there would appear to be four more wires "missing". That's the point where those with intelligence...

Can any steer me towards the pinouts / in on this bike. I've been handed a project and clearly someone has been fiddling where they shouldn't. It would be a shame to bin the bike for what seems like a bit of wiring repair.... Basically the issue is between the bike wiring and the battery itself...
