It hadn’t been apart, but had been packed in the back of a van with 2 other bikes, wrapped in blankets, with all of our holiday bits, I guess it could have been pulled on, but my husband had unplugged and re plugged while on the ride and no luck then, I think it needs a proper service once home.

Thank you both for your help. My husband took every connector apart and tested and cleaned them, then this morning it started to go and made a slight noise at the hub, he disconnected the plug by the hub again and reconnected it and we have just returned from a successful 24 mile bike ride...

No I had used the throttle and assist on the ride, but I do like to peddle myself on the flat ! Went to put it back on and nothing! Thanks

Hi I have a claud butler glide2, today both the automatic assis and the manual throttle have stopped working, the battery is full and the display is working, where do we start to look for the problem? TIA
