Thanks it should say the battery is in sleep mode

Ok my wife has neglected her pendelton battery. She left it over winter without charging. It is a new bike and I have been told the battery is in sleep mode. Can I have some names where this can be repaired.

We purchased a 2 month old pendelton electric bike and we left it in the garage for 4 months and we are now unable to charge the unit. apparently it is in sleep mode. Is there a firm which could repair this please. I have learn my lesson :(
