Is there something sharp stuck in the tyre that is puncturing the inner tubes (feel inside of tyre with fingertips). Don't think different inner tubes will help. Are you using a puncture resistant tyre ?

As far as I know "twist and go" throttles are illegal, except for when they have a limit of 6km/h or unless you register the bike with the dvla. However, I have heard people talk about throttles where you have to pedal to start the motor assist, but then you can continue using the throttle...

Thanks, I will take a look. You can buy the "handlebar mounted power +/- button pad" separately. I ordered the display and button pad but I will try just the new button pad to see if that was the problem. If it is I have a display spare !

Hi all, (3 year old) Bafang bbs02 not turning on I have checked the green 5 pin connection. From the controller to the display and there is 54.4v between P+ and ground so I think it must be something to do with the display ? P850c display with separate power +/- button on the handlebar
