No action when I pedal in reverse :-( I’m assuming the LCD needs to be programmed but it’s so confusing

Thanks for the reply, I’ve got the manual and have been in the setup mode. the problem I have is the translation is really bad conversion from Chinese and it’s hard for me to understand.
