Thankyou, I have taken the bike into the halfords near me they had it for a week before saying they won't touch it due to the make of bike it is. Also I think it must be plugged into that, its a really old phone charger port

So I brought this bike a few months back, it will not work unless a power bank (for a phone) is plugged into it, I was wondering if anyone might know what the problem is and how I can fix it, messaged every bike shop near me and no where will look at it, thankyou
