Hi Nealh I wouldn’t know where to start unfortunately unless it’s an obvious disconnected wire I’ve opened controller up and nothing is broken or disconnected Probably have to find a bike shop Thanks anyway

Hi there tried wife’s battery no difference If left 5 mins next time I try it seems to have full power very briefly (15mph) then tails off gradually slowing right down to 5-6 mph then intermittently picking up now and then I’ve got a 5 secs video but can’t upload for some reason
